BOARD OF TRUSTEES: "The Board
of Trustees is responsible for conducting, managing, and directing the business
affairs of the presbytery corporation. This includes reviewing,
supervising, and approving bookkeeping, auditing, and financial procedures in
cooperation with the finance committee of General Council. The Board of
Trustees also reviews management affairs of civil entities related to
presbytery. Members also have subcommittee assignments." #5.301 Bylaws
